I have been told that I am unable to represent myself unless I have my broker’s license, is this true? What about if the commission check is made out to my law firm as opposed to myself, does that make a difference? Does anyone know of any authorities that I can reference in my argument regarding this issue?

Btw, it is not exactly a “wrongful termination” i was forced to worked clock off, given no lunch break during long hours. I reported it to district manager, later i was terminated.
they just thought i am troubled,and afraid about i would tell other employees to do the same thing.
