The ABA or American Bar Association program for educating paralegals was organized to help promote a higher standard for the training and education of legal secretary. All of the colleges with an approved program have gone through an extensive evaluation and review, and they become ABA certified for seven years before another evaluation is needed. There are hundreds of approved paralegal educators throughout the United States. There are more than 24 schools in the state of California alone, and at least 1 approved school and program in almost all 50 states. I am looking for a good international adoption attorney in Peru to help me work with MIMDES (I don’t want to go through any of the agencies currently working in Peru). Where can I find any recommendation or feedback boards other than embassy list of attorneys?

percentage of people who start their attorney search online?

I trying to find out what percentage of people in the US who are in need to a lawyer/attorney, start their search online, rather than going to the yellow pages, etc. I am having no luck finding that data point. Many thanks.

Who pays the Attorney’s fees related to settling an estate when there is a Recocable Living Trust involved?

Would the Attorney’s fees be paid by the new trust for the benefit of the Surviving Spouse? The trust of the Deceased?

-How could the money come out of the estate before the new trusts were created? The costs were incurred during the closing of the old trust and the creation of the new trusts. The bill rolled in a month later.
